5 YEAR WARRANTY

Homecraft Lifestyle warrants that our products are free from defective materials and have satisfactory workmanship. This period varies from product to product, and commences from the date of delivery. These periods are defined in the table below.

During the warranty period, if a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, Homecraft Lifestyle will repair or replace the defective part(s) at our discretion. This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal use, wear and tear or a natural characteristic of the material used.

For materials like Solid wood / Stone / Genuine Leather / Hand Crafted etc, any natural flaws, cracks, tree scars, minor scratch, and leahter scars found are not considered manufacturing defects.


CLAIM PROCEDURE

Any claims will have to be emailed/WhatsApp to our sales person with attached with photos of defects, and order number.

LIMITATIONS & EXCEPTIONS

  • Proper care and usage are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your Homecraft furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.
  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage.
  • This warranty does not apply to a product that is used outdoors, unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Any product modification done by consumer or other parties will void this Warranty.
  • This Warranty does not cover items marked as ‘Promotion’ or any form of Display items at the time of purchase.
  • This Warranty does not cover items not purchased directly from Homecraft Lifestyle.
  • Homecraft Lifestyle reserves the final decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, either of workmanship or materials. Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be made at Loft Home’s sole discretion.
  • Any item repaired or replaced under this limited Warranty will be covered by a limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
  • In respect of manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period, this warranty covers the cost of material components, replacement parts, labour and transportation charges.
  • In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labour charges and transportation costs (if any) are to be covered by the Purchaser.


Warranty Period

We provide a 1-year warranty as a minimum for most of our items, a 5-year warranty for genuine leather sofas. The warranty period commences on the date the goods are received.
