Shopping & Payment

Can I view the products or material samples in person?
Yes, you can! We do have a showroom in Singapore where you can find most of our products and material color samples. You are welcome to visit our Showroom anytime between 10am to 8pm daily. You can also easily locate us on Google Maps by searching "HOMECRAFT LIFESTYLE".
What is the lead time if I order today?
It depends on whether we have ready stock for the product. If the item is in stock, the lead time will be 4-5 working days. Otherwise, we have to pre-order your item, and the lead time can range from 4-8 weeks for the majority of products. For genuine leather products, a lead time ranging from 8 to 12 weeks is to be expected. Alternatively, please refer to our Delivery Terms. It is important to note that the lead time is an estimate and not a guarantee, as it may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as freight delays, inclement weather, or a global pandemic.
What payment modes do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

All payments are charged in USD. Kindly note that goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received by HOMECRAFT LIFESTYLE.
Can I customise my item?
Most items come in a standard size, material, and color. However, we provide customization for some products. As the range of customization varies for each individual product, we recommend reading the product description or leaving us an inquiry!

My Order

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
We provide free cancellation within 24 hours. 

You have the option to cancel your order or any particular item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. In such cases, you will be refunded without any additional charges, except for the non-refundable 3.5% credit card payment charges if you paid by credit card. 

However, if you decide to cancel your order beyond the 48-hour window, an additional restocking fee of 20% per item order value will be charged. Any delivery charges incurred will not be refunded, and credit card charges of around 3.5% (if applicable) will also apply.

Delivery & Assembly 

How much does delivery cost?
Free shipping on all orders! 

We believe in transparent pricing, which is why the shipping fee and any applicable import taxes are already included in the stated price of our products. Rest assured, there are no hidden charges, so you can shop with confidence and enjoy the convenience of complimentary shipping on every order.
Can I request for a specific delivery date or timing?
We will do our best to arrange a suitable delivery date for you, but we cannot guarantee it.

The delivery date and window will be provided to you 1-3 days before your actual delivery date. Since our delivery teams visit different regions daily, we are unable to promise a specific date and time for your delivery.

Also, please note that we do not deliver at specific times, such as exactly at 12 pm or after 6:30 pm.
Can you dispose of my old furniture during delivery?
We provide disposal service only for old furniture that will be replaced by your new HOMECRAFT LIFESTYLE items. i.e. the delivery of your new sofa and the disposal of your old sofa.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Is there any Warranty and what does it cover?
We provide a 1-year warranty as a minimum for most of our items, a 5-year warranty for genuine leather sofas. The warranty period commences on the date the goods are received.

Our warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is non-transferable and is voided for goods that have been altered by the user in any way. 
What if I realise that I don't absolutely love my order after receiving it?
We accept returns exclusively for items that have been wrongly delivered or have arrived with defects.
